Dear Esteemed Registrants,
The Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Board of Nigeria (MRTB) hereby requests all registrants to complete the form to be downloaded below.
This form is to be sent along with credentials such as photocopies of recent licence renewal, certificates as provided in the form and evidence of change of name to profileupdate@mrtbnigeria.org.ng as an attachment, not later than 31st March 2015. The list of names of up to date and duely registered registrants will be published on the Board's website by the last week in March. Please visit the website to confirm details by then as the final list will be published in the national dailies by second week in April.
