MRTB Welcomes the Fourth Registrar/CEO of the Board

Professor Rufai assumed office on Friday, 1st of Sept. 2023, as the fourth (4th) Registrar/CEO of Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Registration Board of Nigeria after Dr. (Mrs.) Olufunke Taibat Akanle, whose tenure of office ended on Tuesday, 15th of August, 2023

He was a Professor of Neurological Physiotherapy at Bayero University Kano and a Honorary Consultant Physiotherapist at Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital Kano, Deputy Director Procurement and Training , Directorate of laboratory management, Bayero University Kano. Past President, Nigeria Society of Physiotherapy; Former member of the governing Board of Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Board of Nigeria and Dean of faculty of Health Sciences, Kaduna State University.

The Staff and Management of Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Board of Nigeria heartily welcome the new CEO and pledge their support to a successful tenure.
